Return Policy

At 1 Stop Camera, our top priority is customer satisfaction. We strive for your shopping experience with us to be the best. We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience; therefore, we make every effort to make the process a trouble-free and straightforward one.

We are confident that our return policy will insure your ultimate satisfaction with your appliance or television purchase. Most returns can be avoided; Before deciding on a model, measure the area in which your appliance or tv will be placed. If there are any cutouts, be sure to include these dimensions in your measurement.  You must also know the correct voltage of the outlet that you will be using before purchase.  If you do not know the voltage of the outlet, please have a certified electrician take a look at it before ordering.  Please take advantage of our product specialists to help you decide the best product for your needs. Return/Exchange Items:

In order to return an item a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be acquired first.

To request an RMA you can simply choose one of these options:

Option 1 You can call our toll free customer service line 877-904-1192 ext 1502.

Option 2 Send an RMA request to rma@1stopcamera.com

Once requested, an RMA form with your return information and RMA number will be sent via email.

Please be sure to follow the simple shipping instructions included in your RMA form.

All returned merchandise must be in new condition and must include all original packaging and printed material in original condition. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. The original manufacturers box should not be marked with any writing.

Please ship via insured shipping service with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please call our customer service department to set up the return of the original item. An order will be created for the item you wish to purchase instead. It is the customer responsibility to pay for shipping and handling and any price difference between the two items.

Please note that extended service plans may not be returned later than 21 days from the date of receipt with a valid RMA.

In the case of an exchange of defective merchandise, please call our customer service department and they will create the exchange. 1 Stop Camera will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replacement of defective merchandise.

RMA numbers are valid for 18 days; therefore, returned merchandise must arrive no later than 18 days after issuance of a Return Authorization Number.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing and inspection of returned merchandise upon arrival at our returns warehouse.

Return shipping/Restocking fee (when applicable)

Please note that shipping and handling is not refundable except as stated below.

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% when applicable.

If a product is returned for store credit, the restocking fee will be waived.  Your store credit will equal the full amount of the returned products original purchase price less shipping and handling.

Please save your receipt, it is to be used for proof of purchase and all warranties.

Shipments that are refused without authorization or prior knowledge by 1 Stop Camera, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, will receive a refund less shipping and handling fees in both directions.

If you would like to set up reshipment of purchased merchandise due to address error or refusal without notification, you must pay the shipping and handling fees back to your location.

When a restocking fee and Shipping & Handling fees will not be charged for consumer electronics:

If an order is cancelled prior to shipment of merchandise or 48 hours from time of placement, whichever is shorter.

If product is materially different than represented or how it will perform.

If product represented to be materially different as to the cost of the product or cost of shipping, handling or insurance.

If the model number of an item received does not match the one that was initially ordered.

Information Regarding Large Items Shipped By Specialty Trucking

Please make sure to take the correct measurements prior to ordering an appliance, television, high-voltage, or large item. Also, please make sure to check the voltage and that your home has adequate electrical service before ordering.  If you are unsure of this information, please contact our appliance specialists to verify you have made the correct choice.

Due to restrictions, we do not accept any returns on air conditioners or specially ordered and custom made appliances.

Returned products must be in brand new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed can not be returned.

Please ensure that someone will be present to thoroughly inspect any product(s) received via trucking delivery service while the driver is still at the delivery location. Any signs of damage must be reported to our Customer Service Department immediately.

Upon delivery, in the event of any sign of significant damage to a product, refuse the delivery and send the product back with the driver. Contact our Customer Service Department (877-904-1192 Ext. 1502) and return/exchange will be set up immediately.

For any other returns on items delivered via trucking delivery services, please contact our Customer Service Department and a pickup will be scheduled with a specialty trucking service.

Items returned with damaged or missing parts, packaging, materials, or that are not in original condition may warrant additional fees.

For Damaged TV and Appliance Shipments
When we ship items with our various trucking companies, insure all of our shipments 100%. You must inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise clear of damage. Even though damage may not be visible on the box, it is still possible that your product may have concealed damages. Check for damages on both the outside and inside of the box before signing off on the delivery. If any damage is noticed, refuse the package and notate the damage on the bill of lading. Also, please contact our customer service department immediately. If any damages arise or are noticed after signing for the merchandise, the customer is responsible for filing all claims with the shipper. Once again, please make sure to thoroughly inspection all packages before signing.

Defective Merchandise
Most products that we carry include a full warranty of at least one year. If you receive an item that is defective and was not damaged via shipping, please contact the manufacturer directly, or the warranty provider. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product manual or at the manufacturer's website.

The product images on this site are there to give you an idea of how the product looks. You cannot rely solely on the image when placing an order. Some images may be there to show a product feature, design, handle style, finish etc. Sometimes, the manufacturer does not provide an image for the item, but will provide a similar image or a different color to give you an idea of what the product looks like. Return Policy

30 days for return or exchange (15 day limit on the return of camcorders, digital cameras, PDAs, portable DVD players, computers & accessories) with prior authorization only. Call our customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable!  All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 10%

All returned merchandise must be in new condition and must include all original packaging and printed material in original unaltered condition. Batteries, Film, and Videotapes, which are opened or used are never returnable. Save your receipt; it is to be used for proof of purchase and all manufacturer warranties. Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the manufacturer and not 1 Stop Camera unless otherwise specified on the receipt.

Shipping expenses are not refundable, and the shipping cost of the returned item, is the customer's responsibility.

We extend a 30 day money back guarantee for returns and exchanges, less shipping & handling**, provided:

  1. Merchandise is not among the Return Policy Exceptions that follows this list.
  2. Merchandise is returned in original mint condition, as shipped.
  3. With all packaging, forms & papers intact, unaltered & not filled out.
  4. Within 30 days of receipt of package.
  5. Merchandise is neither tagged as being SPECIAL ORDER, nor priced above $1500.00 (See Below for further details).
  6. Additional notes:

  7. Please do not write or tape anything on the package as this may result in the refusal of the return or a charge for the packaging.
  8. Damage in transit must be immediately reported by the customer to the carrier (i.e.: UPS, DHL, Fedex).
  9. In the event any of these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to either refuse the return, or to charge a nominal restock fee of no less than 5%, depending on the condition of the returned merchandise.
  10. RA # does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to inspection.

Printers and Scanners: All sales are final. None will be accepted for either return or exchange. Customer must return defectives only to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Projectors & Home DVD Players: All sales are final. None will be accepted for either return or exchange. Customer must return defectives only to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Warranties: All warranties placed with order are non-refundable.

Home Theater & HiFi Audio and Car Audio: All sales are final. None will be accepted for either return or exchange. Customer must return defectives only to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Personal Digital Assistants ie: Palm Pilots, IPaq, CLIE, etc: All sales are final. None will be accepted for either return or exchange. Customer must return defectives only to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

For Special Order & Professional Level Items:
Items over $1,500.00 and those specifically marked "Special order" are NON-CANCELLABLE. Confirmation of such orders forms an obligation on your part to accept delivery.

You have 14 days from receipt of package to return DEFECTIVE merchandise for EVEN EXCHANGE only.

Special Orders are accepted with the understanding that you are willing to wait up to 30 days for the item to ship, if necessary.

When you place an order with 1StopCamera.com, Processing usual takes around 24-48 business hours to confirm the sale. Once the item is shipped, the time to arrival depends upon the shipping method which you selected when ordering. Unless otherwise stated.

  • Ground Delivery Service usually takes 7 to 10 business days.
  • 3-Day Select Service usually Takes 5 to 7 business days.

Oversized products require Special Handling due to weight and size. Soon after your order leaves our distribution center, you will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange a specific time convenient for you. Please note that setup and plug-in is not included unless you have chosen installation or white glove delivery, and each shipment requires an adult signature upon delivery.

Are your products brand new factory fresh?

All products are brand new, unless otherwise stated on our website, and carry a one year warranty. Refurbished items have only a 14-day warranty. No exception! Sometimes to help you save even more money we may carry items that have no manufacturer warranties and are not covered by 1StopCamera.com after 14 days after receipt.  Products that state they come with a USA warranty may not be a Manufacturer's warranty, but will cover the product for 1 year parts and 90 days labor.

Not receiving email from us?

If you did not receive a confirmation on the order, however, successfully clicked the last submit button, most likely our server received your order but communication back to your PC was interrupted. Please do NOT replace the order on-line. If you do, you may end up with duplicate orders and both being charged since we use an automatic computer system. Call our customer service at 1-877-904-1192 to make sure your order was received to be safe. If you did not receive an email from us after you placed and order, it's possible our email replies are being blocked by your browser settings or by your internet service provider. This sometimes happens to commercial email even when it's legitimate, like email from our customer support department or automatic order status notification emails. If you think this is happening to you, consult the help section of your email program and see how to relax or open up the settings that filter or block email that you receive. Or contact your internet service provider for advice on loosening your email filter settings. Once you've done that, email us again and we'll gladly answer your question again. If you still don't receive a reply, email us again and ask us to telephone you.

How do I cancel my order/item?

Most items enter the shipping process 30 minutes after you place your order. You may cancel entire orders within these first 30 minutes. You must call to request a cancellation anytime before your item ships and we will make every effort to honor your cancellation request. All cancellations must be made verbal with one of our customer service represetatives. If your order has already entered the shipment process, however, we might not be able to cancel it and it might ship despite your request. If this happens, simply refuse the order or contact us for a RMA. Cancellations are honored via phone only with a live representative; e-mail cancellation requests are considered invalid as we cannot guarantee it will reach us and/or get read before your item leaves our location.

How do I track my order?

If you would like to track your order or an item from your order, please log in below, with your email address and password. You may track any item that has entered the shipping process and has been shipped out. You will also be emailed a tracking number to the address given to the same rep when you called in or the email address associated with your online order.

When will my backorder arrive?

All the products on 1StopCamera.com give you our live stock status.  Unlike most other Internet retailers, 1StopCamera.com carries a full inventory for every product we sell. This means that when we say an item is in stock, we mean it.  In the case 1StopCamera.com is not able to ship out your product you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail that it is on back order and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. Special Order Products may take up to 3 weeks to fulfill.  Because of the great deals we offer, many of our products sell out very quickly. We do update our site hourly, but there is an inevitable delay in reflecting the fluctuations of quantities of product on hand,particularly since thousands of people visit our online store every day.

How do I create an account?

During the checkout process, you are asked to create an account.  It is free and easy!  You may also create an account by clicking the "My Account" link located on the top of the page.

How do I edit my account?  

To edit your Account Details, please log in under "My Account", with your account email address and password.

I forgot my password.

If you have forgotten your password, please choose the "Password Reminder" option under "My Account".  You must enter your email address in the field and an email will be sent to that address with your password.  Due to security reasons, we can only email the password to the address we have on file.

An item is missing from my shipment.

If you feel that am item is missing from your order, please call us at  1-877-904-1192.  We will help you to locate the product.

How do I return my product?

In order to iniatiate a return, you may call our customer service department at 1-877-904-1192.  Additionally, you may email your request to RMA@1stopcamera.com.  Please include your Name, phone number, order number, product being returned and reason for your return.  Coming soon - You may also request an RMA by logging into your account and filling out the required fields. 

Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria

If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified and any credit request will be denied and any replacement order will be cancelled. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufactures allow us no room to make exceptions. All returns are shipped back to us at the consumer's expense. All returns must include tracking numbers and insurance to insure the products safety.  1 Stop Camera is not responsible for any items that arrive to us damaged or are lost during transit.

Returns Must be Complete

If your return is not complete, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you. All returns must include the following:

  • Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, unopened, unregistered warranties, etc.
  • Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
  • Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
  • All accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
  • Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). See RMA Conditions below.
  • Original packing slip.  Save a copy of your receipt, as it is to be used for proof of purchase and all manufacturers warranties.
  • All returned merchandise must be in new condition and must include all original packaging and printed material in original unaltered condition.
Shipping expenses are not refundable, and the shipping cost of the returned item, is the customer's responsibility.

Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Do not write on the manufactured box, it must be doubled box and the RMA is written on the box that contains the original manufactured box.  Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you without credit approval.

Basic Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated, you have 14 days from the date you placed your order (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from our website and get your product to a shipper to return back to us. It does not have to be back in our warehouse within 14 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA). The product has to be back to our location no longer than 30 days from the date of purchase.

Special Return Policy

Clearance Store products may be returned only when defective. If part of a product is defective, return the entire product. Defective Clearance Store products may only be returned within 14 days of the date your product left the warehouse.

Manufacturer Only Returns

Due to manufacturer's policies, certain items sold on our website (Refer Direct) may only be returned directly to the manufacturer.

You must contact the manufacturer directly to arrange the return. Be prepared to provide the manufacturer with the following information: Date of purchase, Serial number, manufacturer part number.

Policy On Defective and Damaged Products:

All defective products will be handled by the manufacturer under the terms of their product warranty. 1StopCamera.com will not replace or exchange defective products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage. Refer to the owner's manual for instructions on how to contact the manufacturer regarding product defects.  For damaged merchandise, please contact our Customer Service and the Carrier IMMEDIATELY upon Receipt of merchandise.  Due to carrier policy compliance, any damage or loss must be reported immediately to BOTH our Customer Service & the Carrier.  After this time, it will be the customer's responsibility to file the damage/loss claim.  1StopCamera.com is not responsible for any damages if both the shipper and 1StopCamera are not contacted immediately upon receipt of the merchandise.

RMA Conditions

Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned.

RMAs are valid only within the 20 day timeline specified in the Basic Return Policy or the shorter timelines specified in the Special Return Policies above, whichever is shorter. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return your product. If you are returning a product that is not damaged or defective, you must pay return shipping fees and are responsible for any damages or losses that occur before reaching our location.

Oversize Televisions

Be advised that the following responsibilities are yours upon taking delivery of your oversize television:

You must carefully inspect the box your TV comes in before the shipper leaves your premises. If you discover damage, or an incorrect item, refuse delivery. The shipper will remove the oversize TV and we will credit your order.

You must sign the shipper's release form (if you are an adult) to complete the delivery process. Your signature acknowledges that you understand this Special Return Policy, and the condition of the TV meets your expectations, and you understand that you cannot return the TV. After delivery, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have.

How much is my shipping/Handling/Insurance?

Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping cost may vary. It is calculated based on city, state and zip code. APO and P.O. Box also vary. Total shipping, handling and insurance is based on weight, dimensions, and number of items that are placed in the box. Total cost of delivery is calculated after the order is processed.

Products may be shipped by parcel service (e.g., UPS) or by common or freight carrier, dependent on size and weight. White Glove Service, expedited shipping and other shipping options may be available for certain products at an additional charge. Items that are shipped without White Glove Service are curbside delivery.

What happens if/when an item is backordered?

If an item is found to be out of stock after the order is placed, then item will be processed and the items that are available will be shipped. We do not hold up the order because an item is backordered. The item that was backordered will immediately for filled when stock is available. 1StopCamera.com does not sell backordered items. All product availability is Live data based on our current inventory. However, errors may sometimes occur resulting in a backordered item. The count may be off or the last few items on our shelves could be damaged. Please note that it is never our intention to charge a customer for merchandise we cannot ship.

How do I Obtain a rebate form

You can either download from our website or you can download any rebate from the manufactures website direct.

How do I Obtain a copy of the invoice.

Your packing slip is a loose piece of paper with your product description and sku number on it. It should be inside your package with your product. If you did not receive a packing slip with your order, please log into your web account and a downloadable version of the invoice will be available. You will also receive an invoice by email once your order has been processed. If you still need an invoice and neither of these options are available to you, please email us at support@1StopCamera.com and we will send you the invoice by reply.

I can not get my online confirmation

If you placed the order over the phone and have not created a web access account, you will not be able to view your confirmation online. If this is the case, please follow the steps in the section above labeled "How do I Obtain a copy of the invoice?".

When will my credit appear on my account?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. After 1StopCamera.com issues the credit, the rest of the process is out of our ability to speed up. At this point, merchant services and your Bank determine how long before the credit posts in your account. 

Please note that a similar process occurs when a merchant charges your card.  Once your order is placed, we will authorize a charge with your bank.  This does not mean that your order has been charged, it is just a pre-approval.  Once merchant services and the merchant's bank has processed the charge then the funds will appear in the merchants account. Again, the same time frame applies to the merchant.

Shipping Policy

When you order with 1StopCamera, your products will be delivered at a low cost nationwide. If your item is shipped through a Freight company, they will contact you a day before delivery to schedule an appointment so that you can be present, inspect and sign for the delivery.

We do offer White Glove Service (in certain locations) which we highly recommend for delivery up stairs or to the room of your choice. The additional cost is $75 per item. Please note that the drivers will not remove the cartons, because we advise you to dispose them only after installation. An adult must be present at the time of the delivery to sign for and inspect the package. Free Shipping offer is not available for International Orders, or orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PR or any other destination requiring Air or Service by water. For International, AK, HI or PR customers, please call ahead for a delivery quote. For International, AK, HI or PR orders placed online, your order will not be finalized upon checkout. We will get you the most competitive pricing available and get back to you with the pricing. 1stopcamera.com reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.

Orders that require a ferry ride to your location will require an additional fee.

How do I Obtain a copy of the invoice.

Your packing slip is a loose piece of paper with your product description and sku number on it. It should be inside your package with your product. If you did not receive a packing slip with your order, please log into your web account and a downloadable version of the invoice will be available. You will also receive an invoice by email once your order has been processed. If you still need an invoice and neither of these options are available to you, please email us at support@1StopCamera.com and we will send you the invoice by reply.

Tax Information
No Sales Tax

We are not required to collect sales tax on deliveries throughout the US, except where we have business locations which is only in NY. New York State law requires that all transactions, regardless of origin, will be charged tax if shipping in the State of New York.

Send Us a Fax

Within 30 days of your purchase, fax a copy of your tax exemption certificate, resale certificate or other required documentation to 1-800-920-4633. Follow these steps:

  • Write your order number and email address on your tax-exemption documentation.
  • Label your fax cover sheet "Attention: Tax Exempt."

For your security, if you're faxing us a copy of a government purchase card, be sure to blackout the 16-digit number on the card. We will notify you via email if your request has been approved or denied. If denied, we'll tell you why, and may request more information. Once your order is fulfilled, a credit for the applicable tax amount will be applied to the form of payment used to make the purchase. If you used a credit card, please allow up to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Wire Transfers

We accept wire transfers as payment for most products.

There will be a $25.00 wire transfer fee. Instruction on where to send Wire Transfers to will be emailed to you upon acceptance of the $25 fee. You will need to wire the total amount due plus the cost of the Wire Transfer fee.

We accept personal checks, company checks, cashier's checks and money orders for most products.

Oversized products require Special Handling due to weight and size. Soon after your order leaves our distribution center, you will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange a specific time convenient for you. This service includes delivery within 7 to 21 business days of shipment and basic home delivery. Please note that setup and plug-in is not included unless you have chosen installation or white glove delivery, and each shipment requires an adult signature upon delivery.

Has my order shipped?

All credit/debit cards are charged within 24 -48 hours of when the order is placed pending verification. 48-72 hours should be allotted before calling 1-877-904-1192 to check status of your order. Are your products brand new factory fresh?

All products are brand new, unless otherwise stated on our website, and carry a one year warranty. Refurbished items have only a 14-day warranty. No exception! Sometimes to help you save even more money we may carry items that have no manufacturer warranties and are not covered by 1StopCamera.com after 14 days after receipt.  Products that state they come with a USA warranty may not be a Manufacturer's warranty, but will cover the product for 1 year parts and 90 days labor.

How do I cancel my order/item?

Most items enter the shipping process 30 minutes after you place your order. You may cancel entire orders within these first 30 minutes. You must call to request a cancellation anytime before your item ships and we will make every effort to honor your cancellation request. All cancellations must be made verbal with one of our customer service represetatives. If your order has already entered the shipment process, however, we might not be able to cancel it and it might ship despite your request. If this happens, simply refuse the order or contact us for a RMA. Cancellations are honored via phone only with a live representative; e-mail cancellation requests are considered invalid as we cannot guarantee it will reach us and/or get read before your item leaves our location.

How do I track my order?

If you would like to track your order or an item from your order, please log in below, with your email address and password. You may track any item that has entered the shipping process and has been shipped out. You will also be emailed a tracking number to the address given to the same rep when you called in or the email address associated with your online order.

When will my backorder arrive?

All the products on 1StopCamera.com give you our live stock status.  Unlike most other Internet retailers, 1StopCamera.com carries a full inventory for every product we sell. This means that when we say an item is in stock, we mean it.  In the case 1StopCamera.com is not able to ship out your product you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail that it is on back order and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. Special Order Products may take up to 3 weeks to fulfill.  Because of the great deals we offer, many of our products sell out very quickly. We do update our site hourly, but there is an inevitable delay in reflecting the fluctuations of quantities of product on hand,particularly since thousands of people visit our online store every day.
