Product Information: Sound Forge 7 from Sony Pictures Digital is a two-track digital audio editor that includes a powerful set of audio processes, tools, and effects for manipulating audio. This application is perfect for audio editing, audio recording, effects processing and media encoding, and when combined with any Windows compatible sound card will create, record, and edit audio files. It also has built-in support for video, and CD burning, and can save to a large number of audio and video file formats, including WAV, WMA, RM, AVI, and MP3.
Sound Forge 7 provides a combination of over 40 audio effects and processes and includes Acoustic Mirror which can be used for acoustic simulation and microphone modeling. The software provides simple drag-and-drop operations and a customizable interface, allowing the user to build projects the way they want while supporting standard Windows keyboard commands and mouse shortcuts. Includes auto crash recovery, which allows for recovering lost work after a power failure or system crash - also included is a powerful undo/redo history feature, which allows the user to see their entire work history at a glance and undo unwanted edits.
Features added to Sound Forge 7 include, amongst other things, the provision for automated time based recording, audio threshold record triggering and MIDI Time Code record start. When recording in normal and threshold-based automatic modes, the operator can now set a pre-record safety buffer to ensure that no vital audio input is missed. Drag-and-drop CD extraction makes extracting audio from a compact disc even easier than it was in previous versions of Sound Forge.
The most significant change to Sound Forges video support is the ability to open 24p DV files, and to work on the audio portion of these files. Additionally, users now have the option to save an undo history even beyond the point where a project was saved.

This service does not include installation of any type. Delivery includes shipment to the first floor. There will be a $15 per floor charge for any item being delivered to past the first floor. The white glove delivery time is normally between 3 and 10 business days. Our carrier of choice will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time.
