Return Policy

Beginning January 1st, 2009, our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the invoice date.  Items sold by 1StopCamera.com may be returned within those 30 days for a full refund, subject to our other returns restrictions listed below.

General Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by 1StopCamera.com within 30 days of invoice date for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if you are returning the item as a result of our error (ie. you received an incorrect/defective item, etc.). Read our Full Return Policy for information on exchanges, and for further details and policy exceptions.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within one month of giving your package to the return shipper, but, in most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the merchandise (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process the merchandise once our warehouse receives it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after the invoice, or do not meet our requirements for return will receive a partial refund.
